Executive Assistant / Legal Secretary

Pacific Estate Planning P.C. is a law firm focused on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and business law. This is a primarily transactional (non-litigation) firm. We have a supportive environment and mentor our staff to reach their full potential. We are focused on client results and promote a cooperative work environment.
All applicants must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel. All applicants must be able to work a Sunday – Thursday work schedule. Your days off will be Friday and Saturday. A four year college degree and 1 year office experience is preferred, but not required.
Job Duties
Your duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Printing and Scanning of Legal Documents;
- Reviewing legal documents and correcting typographical errors;
- Calling clients to confirm appointments;
- Writing engagement letters and providing clients with signed agreements;
- Drafting and submitting bills to clients (not collections);
- Scheduling;
- Attending networking events and tradeshows with our attorney; and
- Drafting legal documents under the direction of our attorney.

All applicants must have professional experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel. A four year college degree is required. Previous office experience is preferred, but not required. A paralegal certificate is preferred, but not required.
We are happy to train any motivated individual. Our attorney has high standards, but will make every effort to help you achieve them. We are looking for someone who loves to learn, demonstrates professionalism, is proficient with typical computer programs, and has a keen attention to detail.
